Refund policy

Returns

 

  • All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of an A-Fi-Pearl e-gift card. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can return your items for store credit.  
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returns are processed within 2-3 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
  • Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return. Requests received after 30 days will only be accepted at our discretion.
  • Items must be postmarked within 7 days after the request is accepted.
  • All items must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with tags attached. Swimsuits must be returned with the hygienic liner in place.
  • All returned items will be inspected for signs of wear, damage or smoke. In the event that the item does not match the original condition, the customer will not receive store credit. The item will be rejected and returned to sender. Items that have been washed, worn or damaged are not eligible for return and will be sent back to the customer.
  •  

    • We do not offer exchanges. However, you are free to return your item and receive an e-gift card to purchase an available item. 
    • Final Sales items will be listed as final sale. 
    • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
    •  DUE TO HEALTH RESTRICTIONS AND FOR SANITARY REASONS, WE DO NOT RESELL SWIMSUITS, INTIMATE/ INTIMATE APPAREL, and HATS, THESE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE (NO RETURNs, NO EXCHANGES, ALL SALES ARE FINAL).

    • SALE ITEMS
    • SPECIAL PRICE/DISCOUNTED PRICE ITEMS
    • CLEARANCE ITEMS
    • DOOR BUSTERS
    • DOUBLE RETURNS 
    • Special Occasion items
    • Store e-gift card expires 90 days from the date it was originally issued. 
    • We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
    • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
    • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

    Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.


    HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

    • Package your items securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in the original condition (including all paperwork, parts & accessories) with tags attached.
    • Be sure to include your original invoice with your return. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. You may want to keep a copy for your records. If you can't send the invoice, just include your order number, billing name & address, and the reason for the return on a piece of paper within your package.
    • Write “Reason for Return” on the back of your invoice.
    • Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


    FACE MASKS,  FOR HEALTH REASONS, ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE RETURNED.


    Sale items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.

    DISCOUNT CODES CAN NOT BE APPLIED AFTER PURCHASE.

    Please note that we do not apply discount codes after an order has been placed and we do not issue refunds for such cases. However, in the case where A-Fi-Pearl is to issue a refund for discount, our department will have sole discretion and have final decisions on the amount to be refunded.
