Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Please note that all orders are processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days.

*Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery on preorder items. 

After the order has been shipped out and received by the carrier, you will be updated with a tracking code which will enable you to follow up on your package and see the remaining shipping time.

Please allow 24 - 48 hours for tracking information to be updated. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

A-Fi-Pearl is not liable for delays by any shipping companies or for any misrouted or lost packages. Claims filed for any lost or misrouted packages are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGE 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. In situations where you would like your address to be changed, please contact us via email or our social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) with the new shipping address or befitting address before your order has been shipped. 

Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.


Please keep in mind that once your order has been shipped, we can not alter the shipping address.

Please note, we do not ship on the weekends or holidays.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international packages are now shipped via DHL which offers end-to-end shipment tracking, the security of a signature upon delivery, and your order will be there in 2-5 business days.

TAXES AND DUTIES

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by A-Fi-Pearl. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase.

Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. 

LOST PACKAGES

We do not offer refunds for lost or misrouted packages.
